Job Insight

We are seeking an experienced Industrial HVAC Technician to join our team in Three Rivers TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of industrial heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong diagnostic skills the ability to work independently and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Maintain repair and service HVAC systems and equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
Perform turnkey troubleshooting and self-diagnosis on industrial HVAC/Refrigeration systems.
Service and repair split systems rooftop units (RTU) package units and mini splits.
Respond promptly to on-call requests including after-hours support when needed.
Ensure compliance with all safety rules procedures and company standards.
Document work performed parts used and provide detailed service reports.
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 10 years in Industrial HVAC/Refrigeration.
Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; experience with split systems RTUs package units and mini splits.
Certification/License: EPA Certification and HVAC Occupational Certification preferred (a plus).
Must be dependable punctual and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently and handle after-hours emergency calls.
