DEPARTMENT OF CHEMISTRY
Research Assistant ()
We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Research Assistant in the Department of Chemistry.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting research projects relating to sustainablechemistry;
- Assisting in the design and perform of experiments; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor in relation to the project.
The appointee will participate in research projects in the areas of Sustainable Chemistry.
Requirements:
- A bachelor or masters degree in Chemistry/Analytical Science or related disciplines;
- Preferably with extensive chemical laboratory experience (e.g. participate in practical final year project);
- Self-motivated well-organised and meticulous; and
- An interest in postgraduate studies as well as a passion for research and sustainable development is desirable.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
