Job Summary

Summary of Position

The Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and Temple University Health System is seeking a full time Surgical Pathologist.

The successful candidate will be a full time faculty member at the Assistant / Associate Professor/Professor level in the Clinical Scholar or Clinical Educator option. Areas of interest / training include but are not limited to GI thoracic pathology Gynecologic Pathology GU Breast ENT and Soft Tissue Pathology.

Candidate Qualifications

  • M.D. D.O. or foreign equivalent with board certification or board eligibility in Anatomic Pathology.
  • Candidates who are board-eligible will be expected to complete their boards within the first year of hire.
  • Completion of a fellowship in a niche area is desirable.
  • Must be able to obtain medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prior to start date.
