The Northern Nevada Medical Group (NNMG) is seeking a skilled Per Diem Cardiothoracic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our collaborative surgical team in Reno NV. This is an ideal opportunity for an NP/PA with first assist certification and endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) experience who is looking for flexible scheduling and a supportive high-performing environment.

Position Highlights:
Per diem flexible schedule to support surgical coverage and patient care
Assist in cardiothoracic surgical procedures including endoscopic vein harvesting
Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care inpatient rounding and first assist in the OR

Qualifications:
NP/PA with active Nevada license (or eligibility)
First Assist Certification/Experience required
Proven experience in Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH)
Strong clinical background in cardiac surgery CT ICU or cardiothoracic care
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate: $85$115/hour based on experience and scope of work
