This role is based in Jakarta Indonesia and requires a person with creative problem-solving skills and an ability to apply business logic to client computer network and audio-visual networks. As this position is a technical role responsible for all aspects of our global network infrastructure the candidate should have excellent analytical and communication skills with an appreciation for fundamental business objectives be detail-oriented and resourceful in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to work without direct candidate should also be able to travel domestically within Indonesia with occasional international travel.
3 years experience in network engineering in medium to large scale networks
Experience with Firewalls tunnelling protocols (IPSEC GRE) and advanced Layer 2 protocols (Spanning Tree LACP HSRP MPLS)
Advanced knowledge and experience network services such as enterprise level DHCP and DNS
Experience with multiple VPN and Software-Defined Network types - Wireguard OpenVPN ZeroTier IPSec L2TP
Experience with network security practices tools and protocols including hands-on experience in implementing and monitoring network security measures (ACLs NAC AAA)
Proven track record of designing deploying and managing multi site network deployments and troubleshooting complex network issues Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to develop scripts to automate infrastructure deployment and management
Certification in technologies like CCNP Enterprise JNCIE or CWNP
Write manage and maintain documentation in English for all related systems Regularly scan WiFi spectrum map out locations and tune access points
Experience with switches & access points from Cisco Extreme Aruba and/or Meraki
