Job Summary
This role is based in Jakarta Indonesia and requires a person with creative problem-solving skills and an ability to apply business logic to client computer network and audio-visual networks. As this position is a technical role responsible for all aspects of our global network infrastructure the candidate should have excellent analytical and communication skills with an appreciation for fundamental business objectives be detail-oriented and resourceful in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to work without direct candidate should also be able to travel domestically within Indonesia with occasional international travel.
- At least 8 years experience in network engineering including 3 years in medium to large scale networks
- Experience with Firewalls tunnelling protocols (IPSEC GRE) and advanced Layer 2 protocols (Spanning Tree LACP HSRP MPLS)
- Advanced knowledge and experience network services such as enterprise level DHCP and DNS
- Experience with multiple VPN and Software-Defined Network types - Wireguard OpenVPN ZeroTier IPSec L2TP
- Experience with network security practices tools and protocols including hands-on experience in implementing and monitoring network security measures (ACLs NAC AAA)
- Proven track record of designing deploying and managing multi site network deployments and troubleshooting complex network issues Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to develop scripts to automate infrastructure deployment and management
- Certification in technologies like CCNP Enterprise JNCIE or CWNP
- Write manage and maintain documentation in English for all related systems Regularly scan WiFi spectrum map out locations and tune access points
- Experience with switches & access points from Cisco Extreme Aruba and/or Meraki
- Experience with Unix / Linux based firewalls
