The Role
As an Adobe Campaign Developer you will be responsible for the smooth running of daily CRM operations. You will work closely with the CRM team to ensure that they have what they need in order to fulfil their campaign requirements.
You will also be responsible for the regular update of our Adobe instance to ensure were making the most of all functionality available. Youll also work close with the data team to ensure all relevant data is being imported so that the CRM team can maximise their campaign effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
Analyse and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions within Adobe Campaign.
Design and implement Adobe Campaign workflows campaigns and communication strategies that align with marketing objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Support to the wider CRM team to develop technical workflows and solutions within Adobe Campaign Classic v8.
Configure and customise Adobe Campaign including data integration segmentation personalisation and reporting.
Develop and maintain documentation including technical design documents project plans and user guides to ensure efficient project execution and knowledge sharing.
identifying opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues perform system audits and ensure data accuracy and integrity within Adobe Campaign.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Adobe Campaign features updates and industry trends to drive innovation and maximise platform capabilities.
Consult on the delivery of business requirements through their translation into a technical specification.
Support and advise on best practice for email deliverability staying up to date with the latest requirements as outlined by each email service provider.
Updating the Adobe campaign run book and documentation to ensure.
Training the wider CRM team to ensure they are following best practice for Adobe campaign classic.
About You
Proven experience as an Adobe Campaign Technical Consultant or similar role with hands-on experience in designing implementing and maintaining Adobe Campaign solutions.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Adobe Campaign Standard including workflow design data management segmentation scripting and reporting.
Excellent with HTML XML CSS JavaScript SQL (Essential)
Knowledge of marketing automation best practices CXM strategies and digital marketing trends.
Experience with data integration APIs and database technologies preferably in a marketing context.
Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adobe Campaign certification is a plus.
