Job Summary
How will you make an impact
Jabil is seeking a dynamicRegional Managerto leadManufacturing Engineeringacross our U.S. and Canadian operations. This role drives excellence through capability and technology development deployment and collaboration across Jabil sites customers and suppliers.
Location:On-site at any U.S. Jabil manufacturing facility
Travel:Up to 50% across U.S. sites based on business needs projects etc.
Type:Full-time In person/On site
What will you do
Strategic Leadership:
Implement and communicate regional engineering strategies aligned with global goals. Standardize processes and drive performance through key metrics.Team Development & Recruitment:
Hire mentor and develop engineering talent. Build succession plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Technology & Capability Advancement:
Lead innovation by researching developing and deploying advanced manufacturing technologies. Maintain a regional capability roadmap and stay ahead of industry trends.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams customers and suppliers to exchange knowledge and drive strategic projects.Operational Excellence:
Optimize cost streamline processes and ensure project milestones deliver maximum value.
How will you get here
- Bachelors in Manufacturing Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Masters preferred)
- 8 years in manufacturing or engineering management including 5 years in capability deployment
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong communication strategic thinking and technical acumen
