Description

Job Title: Inventory/Shipping Manager

Reports To: Chief Operations Officer
Location: Onsite Gunnison Utah

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inventory/Shipping Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shipping and inventory functions. This individual will manage a team of employees ensure efficient warehouse operations and work closely with supply chain and production teams to maintain accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the Shipping and Inventory teams providing guidance training and mentorship.
Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping receiving and storage of raw components.
Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure materials and products are available as needed.
Implement and monitor best practices for shipping receiving and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and industry regulations.
Develop team members to increase effectiveness efficiency and growth within their roles.
Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to maintain smooth workflows.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in logistics shipping and inventory management (management experience preferred).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and elevate team members.
Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient with inventory management systems and shipping software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced onsite work environment.
