Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Operations the Warehouse & Inventory associate supports the organization by maintaining a clean and organized warehouse managing inventory and assisting with deliveries and event support. This role ensures that project teams and events have the necessary materials and equipment for successful execution.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Assist in inventory management including storage labeling and tracking.
- Deliver paint and supplies to mural projects in a timely manner.
- Load transport and set up equipment for events and projects.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and report shortages or damages.
- Receive and unload shipments verifying accuracy and stocking supplies.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment including ladders and pallet jacks.
- Assist with logistics planning for warehouse and inventory needs.
- Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with people of diverse backgrounds.

Other Requirements
- Must be able to travel as needed; occasional weekend work may be required.
- General work schedule is Monday Friday 8:30- 4:30 pm EST.
