Pay Rate: Up to $2000 per week
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting Travel job in Falmouth MA.
Responsibilities
Supervise and direct nursing assistants in daily care activities.
Plan coordinate and oversee shift services and programs.
Complete admission transfer and discharge documentation accurately.
Review and transcribe physician orders; administer medications and treatments.
Maintain precise nursing notes reflecting care and resident response.
Participate in physician rounds and coordinate treatment plans.
Deliver nursing services including catheterization tube feedings suction dressing changes specimen collection ROM exercises and end-of-life care.
Monitor vital signs and ensure dietary compliance.
Educate residents and families on care plans and health instructions.
Ensure adequate availability of supplies medications and equipment.
Uphold confidentiality resident rights and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Assist with orientation of new residents and support facility inspections.
Perform additional nursing and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Active unrestricted LPN license in Massachusetts.
Current BLS/CPR and AED certification.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices medical guidelines and resident care standards.
Demonstrated leadership supervisory and teamwork abilities.
Excellent communication skills with residents families and interdisciplinary staff.
