Responsibilities:
Greet all guests warmly and enthusiastically and assist host or hostess in seating guests as needed.
Present menu answer questions and make suggestions regarding food service appropriate wines and food preparation.
Memorize menu selections and wines including being familiar with daily specials and basic ingredients.
Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures.
Requirements:
Previous guest service experience is required.
Cash handling experience is preferred.
Conveys company information decision or problems to appropriate parties on a timely basis.
Works to resolve disagreements and is respectful of guests and co-workers.
