About the Team & Department
This team plays a critical role in driving customer retention and growth for our partners with a strong emphasis on Microsoft AWS and Adobe cloud solutions. As a trusted advisor we empower partners to maximize customer lifetime value by teaching them how to retain and expand their end-user relationships.
Role Overview
Were seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of field-level associatesboth local and remotewho are laser-focused on partner success and retention. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a passion for coaching accountability and cross-functional collaboration. (10 people on team)

Education/Experience: Requires a four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 4 years of position specific experience and 2 years of supervisory experience or 4 years of leadership experience.
Compensation: 60/40 split
Hybrid work structure: 3 days onsite/2 remote
Location: Buffalo Irvine Scottsdale or Miami

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67300.00 - $114400.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards including merit increases annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives.
