Sales and Business opportunity to enlarge Manulife RP/SP product cross sales to Mortgage BDIs customer and also Mortgage Business partner in Bank Danamon Indonesia (ex. developer and broker).

This role is Manulife dedicated contact person in Mortgage Bank Danamon so he/she can focus to explore and enlarge the opportunity to RP/SP product cross sell in Mortgage Bank Danamon and because we never have a focus.

Position Responsibilities:
Achieve Target RP/SP Product Cross Sell
Manage and Monitoring Sales Team activity (Manulifes Financial Services)
To manage all the end to end sales process sales campaign / program sales servicing not only for RP/SP Product but also for Manulife Credit Life Mortgage in Bank Danamon
To Support bridging between partners sales credit life specialist in branches and Operation/back office sales support in Head Office in supporting New Business (RP/SP and CL Mortgage) claim process or existing transaction
Required Qualifications:
Min.5 years of sales role experience
Min 3 years of experience with tools/software/etc
Min S1
SIM A
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience to manage team
Award in sales roles
Good in communication and negotiation skill
Fluent in English
