Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst MDM Specialist.
In this role you will be analyzing the information received deconstruct it into functional details and translate it into business requirement.
Responsibilities
Manage Master data and ensure smooth delivery of day-to-day work which is assigned.
Ensure timely and accurate management of all vendor accounts vendor update/delete/modification for various regions with the SLA -timeframe.
Collaborate with internal & external audit team for any challenges.
Update accurate data for all master data types (Finance Vendor Customer & Material) as it will relate to SAP database.
Prepare relevant documents or evidence & supporting material to address audit findings and recommendations.
Track and measure the outcome of improvement initiatives and implement the same
Coordinating with the UAT team
Sound aptitude analytics skills and outstanding logical reasoning
Handling client & suppliers queries and provide them with a resolution within the stipulated timeframe.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must be a graduate in related field.
Good experience in related field.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
To be proficient in writing verbal & presentation skills
Good understanding of MDM
Experience in working independently would be an advantage
Self-starter and driven with a can do attitude.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of ERP systems Workflows
Knowledge of any BI tool will be an added advantage.
Willing to take learning and take initiative.
Candidate should be open for 24/7 shifts
