Job Summary

The Sr. Trust Administrator serves as subject matter expert on fiduciary matters and Institutional client specific issues focused on growth retention and client satisfaction communicating with clients agencies advisors and other partners on the laws and options concerning trusts and estate matters.



Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Focuses on administering and growing Trust Investment Agency and Custody accounts for our high net-worth clients and serves as an SME.
  • Participates in management level committees.
  • Deepens and grows client relationships and increase product exposure.
  • Analyzes interprets and executes Trust accounts as directed by the legal instrument with a laser focus on our duties and responsibilities as a Trustee.
  • Proactively communicates with client and third -party service providers to ensure a high level of client satisfaction; prepare and presents financial reports to clients providing updates on the status of their trusts.
  • Ensures account complies with all legal regulatory and internal procedures regarding Fiduciary Administration.
  • Conducts regular reviews of Trust Investment Agency and Custody accounts to ensure proper administration and adherence to fiduciary responsibilities; monitors identifies and resolves issues.
  • Develops partnership and collaboration with internal business partners including Portfolio Managers and Wealth Management Advisors.
  • Communicates advice to clients; understands the nuances of managing relationships based on complexity distance and accessibility.
  • Assists with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fiduciary administration.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred

  • In depth knowledge of trust law fiduciary principles and institutional account structures.

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $110000/yr - $130000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic addition to base salary the competitive compensation package may include depending on the role participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example annual discretionary incentive programs non-annual sales incentive plans or other non-annual incentive plans).
