Job Description

Description of the role:

As a Parts Counter Sales Representative for Chevrolet/Hyundai at Harbor Chevrolet you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs. You will work in a fast-paced environment providing excellent customer service and expertise in identifying and providing the right parts for their vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries and assisting with parts selection
  • Processing parts orders and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Providing recommendations and advice on parts for different vehicles
  • Collaborating with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Maintaining a clean and organized parts department

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in automotive parts sales preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Chevrolet and Hyundai parts
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Servants Attitude
