Job Description
Description of the role:
As a Parts Counter Sales Representative for Chevrolet/Hyundai at Harbor Chevrolet you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs. You will work in a fast-paced environment providing excellent customer service and expertise in identifying and providing the right parts for their vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries and assisting with parts selection
- Processing parts orders and maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Providing recommendations and advice on parts for different vehicles
- Collaborating with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintaining a clean and organized parts department
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive parts sales preferred
- Strong knowledge of Chevrolet and Hyundai parts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
