Description:DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

Assist in the direction of all aspects of the program including instruction organization and strategy planning.
Position begins October 20 2025

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

Knowledge of the sport.
Knowledge of coaching trends and philosophies.
Ability to organize delegate and work with others.
Willingness to devote the necessary time and energies to maintain and improve the program.
Possess a valid first aid/CPR card.
Must be willing to work on WIAA coaching standards program for coaching certification.
Must be willing to work within the guidelines established for coaches in the Castle Rock High School Coaches Handbook.
Coaching experience preferred.

COACHING SALARY: 1-4 years of experience: $2424 5-8 years of experience: $2694 9-12 years of experience: $2928 13 years of experience: $3115
