Job Summary
Braun Intertec is seeking to hire an API Inspection Technician to join their Bloomington MN team.
Job Description Summary
Performs API 510/570 inspections organize UTT people create inspection plans.
Responsibilities:
- Perform API 510 & 570 inspections
- May perform Ultrasonic Radiographic magnetic particle liquid penetrant and visual inspections on specifically assigned field or laboratory projects
- Works independently as crew lead on job sites
- Prepare reports and other work documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Understands and utilizes safe work practices

Required Experience:
- API 510 & 570 certification or some combination of API certifications
- API 653 certification preferred not required
- CWI Certification is a plus not required
- ASNT-TC-1A Level II in NDE methods RT MT PT UT VT some combination preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Post education or formal training in non-destructive testing
- Familiar with NDT equipment
- Experienced with NDT methods and procedures
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
- Must be able to work off ladders and scaffolding

Compensation Range:
