DescriptionThe Surveillance Supervisor protects the assets of the Hotel/Casino through the use of gaming and security cameras and communicates findings to the Surveillance Manager and Director.
- Reviews all reports and daily logs and ensures accuracy of reports.
- Reviews all video tapes on all gaming/guest area incidents and keeps Manager and Director advised of all incidents and action taken to correct the situation.
- Surveillance staffing scheduling.
- Maintains confidentiality of all Hotel information.
- Has knowledge of all slot/games procedures and Regulation 6 of Nevada State Gaming Commission.
- Communicates incidents to all department heads.
- Training of all surveillance staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
Age Requirement: 21
- 5 years management experience required.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of all Casino/Hotel operations
- Use of office equipment and computers.
- On-going management development training.
- Interaction with law enforcement and courtroom
- Neat professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
- Friendly outgoing personality.
- Ability to interface effectively with public and co-workers.
PHYSICAL MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
- Very fast paced environment.
- Must be able to handle large amount of information and take the best action necessary to correct the situation.
- Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke.
- Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout all shifts.
