Job Summary
Job Opportunity: Urologist in Mishawaka IN
Join a dynamic healthcare facility in the heart of Mishawaka Indiana seeking a skilled Urologist for both clinic and call coverage. This position offers flexible engagement from locum to permanent with ongoing needs extending into 2026. The clinic operates daily from 7 AM to 5 PM ensuring a supportive environment for both patients and providers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clinic and on-call coverage with night call from 5 PM to 7 AM.
- Perform general Urology procedures and care for adult patients.
- Engage with patients at a rate of 2-5 patients per day (ppd).
- Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Be available for sporadic dates while aiming for consistent long-term coverage.
- Occasional weekend coverage as needed.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) within 5 years of residency.
- Valid Indiana medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) eligibility.
- Certification in Controlled Substance (CDS) and DEA registration.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Robotics training is highly preferred.
- Strong 25K conversion rate.
- Availability details required at the time of application.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Indiana medical license at time of submission.
- DEA registration with Indiana practice address.
- Current CDS certification.
- ACLS certification.
