Job duties:

Dispense medications and verify prescriptions.

Monitor patient drug therapy for safety and effectiveness.

Provide drug information and education to patients and staff.

Collaborate with providers on treatment plans.

Requirements:

Active pharmacist license in any U.S. state.

2 years recent pharmacist experience.

Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
