Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is searching for Chief Strategy Officer who serves as a key member of our senior executive team reporting directly to the System CEO. This role is responsible for driving our healthcare systems long-term growth and sustainability initiatives. As the primary architect of our revenue and growth strategy our CSO leads complex growth initiatives including revenue expansion provider alignment and partnerships key stakeholder oversight of M&A and all growth -orientated communications ensuring scalability for growth for the future.

  • Masters degree in business or a related field is required.
Experience Qualifications
  • 10 years of healthcare experience is required.
