DescriptionAs a Digital Services - Product Co-Op you will work closely with experienced product leaders engineers and designers to support product strategy feature development and customer experience enhancements. This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals who are passionate about innovation and eager to gain hands-on experience in product management within a dynamic and impactful environment.
The ideal candidate will also be customer-obsessed will have an ability to operate strategically and tactically and work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. This ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment.
This is a temporary intern position for the Winter 2026 term.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Collaborate on multi-year productstrategy for Ford
- Managing a diverse roadmap and making tradeoff decisions between investments across multiple years
- Drive standardization simplification and automation of internal processes andproductdevelopment mechanisms to increase throughput
- Assist in the development and maintenance of product roadmaps and feature backlogs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and design to support product delivery
- Help gather and analyze customer data and feedback to inform product decisions
- Participate in team meetings providing fresh perspectives and ideas
- Support preparation of product documentation reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Learn about trade-offs in product development and contribute to prioritization discussions
- Gain exposure to strategic product planning and execution in an agile environment
QualificationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree program (preferably in Business Engineering Computer Science or related fields)
- Strong interest in product management and digital technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Self-starter with a passion for understanding customer needs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior internship or project experience related to product management or software development
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product ecosystems
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
- Enthusiasm for automotive technology and digital customer experiences
