Department Overview

Job Description

• Oversee full software development lifecycle projects including initial design development deployment and ongoing software management ensuring solutions meet the highest standards of quality and security.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring that all project work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Control the architecture and design of complex software systems ensuring software development projects alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project teams and across projects focusing on efficiency scalability and security.
• Control projects for the building scaling and security of APIs and workflow applications leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance video surveillance mass notification radio communication and access control systems.
• Mentor and guide project team members in technical and professional development helping to build a high-performing engineering team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with existing hardware and software systems.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project feedback adapting solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the United States.

Target Base Salary Range: $133182 - $147000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements

• Masters Degree 3 years experience or
• Bachelors Degree 5 years experience.
