WongDoody thats over 2000 colleagues across 22 design studios on four Germany around 300 colleagues work with us at our locations in Berlin Stuttgart Düsseldorf and remotely. Our service areas include Experience Design Immersive Experiences Influencer Marketing and future-proof holistic Digital Marketing. What you can expect

What wed love to see
- A degree in graphics design or comparable education.
- 3 years of experience in a social media agency or similarly creative environment.
- A sharp eye for target-group-oriented design campaign creativity and scroll-stopping social media content.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop After Effects). Knowledge of Generative AI tools and Figma big plus.
- A true passion for design: high creative standards strong conceptual thinking and a love for details.
- Social media fluency: you live and breathe TikTok spot trends early and get excited about new platforms.
- A digital-first mindset with plenty of fresh ideas initiative and solution-oriented thinking.
- A collaborative team spirit paired with strong communication skills.
- Fluent German (a must) very good English (a plus).
