We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team. No automotive sales experience No problem! If you are great with people have a passion for cars or are simply ready to start a professional career in sales well set you up for success.
We provide a paid training program and a 3-month guaranteed salary while you learn the business. By the time youre up and running our busy season will be in full swing the perfect time to build your career.

Responsibilities
As an Automotive Sales Consultant youll provide an outstanding customer experience by:
Building relationships and creating customers for life
Guiding customers through vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences
Becoming a vehicle product expert understanding trim levels technology and options
Delivering professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
Following up with buyers to encourage repeat and referral business
Overcoming objections and finding solutions in sales situations
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager on objectives and performance
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service retail hospitality IT or call centers is a plus but not required
Excellent communication skills and a positive professional attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Coachable and eager to learn new products and sales processes
Well-groomed professional appearance
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
