HIRING SALARY:
$60621.00 annualized

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM:
This position is eligible for an employee referral incentive payment of $1000.00 (conditions apply).

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for coordinating evidence-based projects trainings and other functions with county juvenile justice stakeholders as authorized by the chief justices five-year strategic agenda. This position will focus on sustaining ongoing programs sponsored and conducted by the Juvenile Justice Services Division and other various systems improvement initiatives.

This position will also monitor and ensure fidelity of juvenile probation departments delivery of evidence-based practices to maintain sustainability identify areas of improvement as they relate to funds that support treatment and prevention programs actively seek out and recommend promising juvenile justice programs in collaboration with community organizations and governmental agencies and strategic initiative projects.

In addition this position will provide technical assistance regarding prevention intervention and recidivism reduction programs to the community and governmental entities assist with developing training documents and providing technical assistance to juvenile justice stakeholders

This position may be eligible for a hybrid-telework schedule once the employee has completed three (3) months of employment and has sufficiently demonstrated their ability to perform assigned tasks.

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program qualified employer.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will hold a bachelors degree in Justice Studies Public Administration Behavioral Science or related field and a combination of three years juvenile/criminal justice social services court operations and/or auditing experience. This position requires experience using Microsoft Office software including SharePoint Word Excel and PowerPoint excellent communication (both verbal and written) and analytical skills and knowledge of prevention intervention and recidivism reduction programs designed to address juvenile delinquency. The position also requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision under deadlines and in high-pressure situations handling and prioritizing multiple tasks and inquiries effectively.

SELECTION PROCESS:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Only applicants whose backgrounds most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to interview. The Selection Process may include computer testing (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook proofreading typing etc.) and first and/or second round panel interviews. This is a Regular Full-time Exempt level position.
