We are looking for a full time Project Manager to work within the Bank Broker Dealer (BBD) product management team. The PMO service will be key in supporting product delivery by (a) researching/implementing new tools new processes (b) providing data and trend analysis to drive decision making and (c) defining standard processes and supervising their usage. This enables our Product Managers to focus on product strategy and delivering product features.
In this role you will serve as the liaison between the product team and other areas of the organization to provide solutions to meet business needs. The position will provide project support services for the BBD Product group as well as other areas of the BBD business by organizing and carrying out project plans. The work will require you to gain a deep understanding of the BBD strategy products and services as well as collaboration with product managers and the technology teams to address and build solutions to complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor projects across top a Tier Client with focus on providing insights and direction to internal teams for successful completion of the projects
  • Develop and update project plans resolve project and resource conflicts facilitate solutions across department boundaries track and communicate progress of multiple concurrent projects and drives a sense of urgency and commitment across all projects
  • Work closely and seamlessly with multiple teams including Product Technology Implementations Business and Senior Management
  • Work through the project lifecycle ensuring process adherence and the use of established Broadridge templates and tools for client projects
  • Interface with client and Broadridge resources to manage client expectations by effectively facilitating tracking and reporting status
  • Interface with key stakeholders to ensure timely execution and completion of deliverables to and by clients vendors and street utilities
  • Assess risk to timeline budget customer satisfaction and manage impact of changes to project scope
  • Identify project bottlenecks risks and opportunities provide analysis and recommendations on progress of projects and serve as the escalation point for senior management related to project specific issues
  • Devise and oversee reporting tools to track and trend project KBIs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent training and experience
  • 8 years of progressive project management experience
  • Experienced in client implementations/conversions
  • Possesses strong ability to understand and communicate issues
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Outstanding team leadership and cross-functional team management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Project or similar Project Management tools
  • Experience working with Agile teams as a Project Manager and a strong understanding of the Agile development process
  • Ability to analyze and document business and technical processes and workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and the ability to interact with all levels in the organization
  • Strongorganizational/conflictresolution skills with a polished and professional presence
  • An energetic positive and innovative attitude working as a true team player and facilitator to bring their project to a successful delivery
  • Prior experience of working with offshore and onshore teams

Salary range $170000.00- $185000.00. Bonus Eligible.
