Position Summary:
As a Behavioral Health Technician you will play a key role in supporting patients with behavioral emotional or mental health challenges. This role involves working closely with licensed clinicians to provide direct care monitor patient progress and create a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and supervision to clients in residential or outpatient settings.
Assist with daily living activities group activities and therapeutic interventions.
Monitor document and report changes in patient behavior and progress.
Support treatment plans developed by licensed clinicians.
Ensure a safe structured and compassionate environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in behavioral health healthcare or caregiving preferred but not always required.
CPR/First Aid certification
Fingerprint clearance card
Tuberculosis Screen
Updated Resume
Physical Attestation / Physician completed Physical
