This role is instrumental in expanding our healthcare presence delivering innovative data centered consulting solutions and building relationships with payer organizations. What Youll Do
Client Development
- Build and nurture client relationships with a focus on payer organizations.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking prospecting and leveraging your professional network.
- Lead the sales cycle from identifying client needs to delivering proposals and closing deals.
- Drive brand awareness by actively participating in industry events and local business organizations.
- Partner with Business Development and Marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns.
Practice Leadership
- Collaborate with leadership to grow the healthcare practice in alignment with local and national goals.
- Develop and refine methodologies best practices and go-to-market strategies with a focus on leveraging advanced data platforms and tools.
- Mentor and grow consulting teams fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Participate in recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
Client Delivery
- Lead engagements serving as the trusted advisor to C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
- Deliver meaningful thought leadership and innovative solutions to address client challenges.
- Oversee project teams to ensure quality timeliness and budget adherence.
- Serve as the escalation point for critical client issues providing actionable recommendations.
- Provide expertise in data strategy and analytics leveraging tools likeDatabricksSnowflake and other cloud-based platforms to enable actionable insights and operational improvements.
What You Bring
- Experience:8 years in professional services consulting with a strong focus on payer operations.
- Proven Leadership:Success in leading consulting engagements and managing client relationships at the executive level.
- Industry Expertise:
- Deep understanding of payer organizations
- Proven ability to define and implement data strategies leveraging disparate data sources to drive operational improvements.
- Hands-on experience with data platforms such asDatabricksSnowflake or similar tools to enable advanced analytics automation and decision-making support.
- Familiarity with deploying AI/automation to optimize workflows and enhance decision-making
- Business Development:A track record of generating revenue developing key accounts and leveraging a professional network to drive growth. Must bring proven success achieving in-market revenue expectations
- Project Management:Expertise in strategic planning issue and risk management and change management.
- Communication Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to present confidently to C-level executives.
- Education:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
Directors at West Monroe are expected to be in-person three days a week. This can include being present at client sites in the market or in-office for internal collaboration. There is flexibility and an understanding that schedules ebb and flow but a core belief is that when we are together with our people and our clients we build stronger relationships and are better equipped to sell and deliver value.
Based on pay transparency guidelines a reasonable expectation for the salary range for this role is listed below. Information on our competitive total rewards package including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography experience skills education and internal equity. Employees in proximity of our Seattle Washington DC Los Angeles New York and San Francisco offices will have a geographic premium applied to this salary scale.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical dental vision and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our companys 401k plan purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
