Job Summary

Job Title: RN Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Location: Rochester NY 14626

Unit: Med-Surg/Telemetry

Duration: 13 weeks (extendable)

Shift: 4x12-Hour Nights

Pay Rate: $3068 Weekly Gross

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms reporting changes promptly.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
Administer medications and perform interventions as ordered.
Document patient assessments care and progress using electronic medical records (Epic experience preferred).
Maintain patient safety and adhere to hospital protocols.

Requirements

Minimum MS/Telemetry RN experience required
PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience preferred
Epic EMR experience preferred

Education

Associates Degree in Nursing required

Certifications

BLS (AHA) required
