How youll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
Responsible for the completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

What were looking for
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a minimum associates degree from an accredited institution.
Additional requirements include:
The employee must have the ability to understand communicate with and respond effectively to the unique needs of adult and geriatric residents.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and provided within 7 days of hire.
One year of experience preferred

Our 10000-square-foot expansion included the renovation of nine existing beds and the addition of 11 new beds. Designed with our patients well-being and comfort in mind our state-of-the-art physical rehabilitation wing offers so much toward restorative health.
