The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Class 5 (Class 4 minimum with willingness to gain Class 5) Specialist Operator to join our high achieving maintenance team in Golden Bay and help deliver the good work Fulton Hogan is known for.
This is the perfect role for you if you are looking for a secure position like working independently within a company who respects and values their staff!
The right candidate will be able to:
- Understand and embrace our Living Safely approach.
- Take personal responsibility for the safety of your workmates the environment public and yourself.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the relevant job and work instruction.
What youll bring to the table
- Class 4 Drivers License (Willingness to gain Class 5)
- WTR endorsements will be an advantage (not necessary but advantageous)
- Experience working in a construction/maintenance environment or a willingness to learn
- Computer literacy is a must as the use of an iPad log books work orders timesheets and work details are all computer based.
- Understanding of and compliance with NZ Transport Regulations
- A good attitude towards maintenance and care of machinery
- Have an unwavering commitment towards living safely with a safety record to match.
- Be a reliable individual with a strong work ethic
