DescriptionMainAccountabilities
- Manage financial system modules: AP AR Fixed Assets General Ledger Payments.
- Assist with the planning and testing of the Accounts Receivable system for tuition invoicing and collections.
- Support data migration integration and user acceptance testing for AR projects.
- Provide ongoing support training and issue resolution for finance system users.
- Review payment collections deposits reconciliations and ledger postings.
- Conduct period-end closing activities including reconciliations and reporting.
- Generate and analyze accounting reports for management and audits.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize systems and finance processes.
- Document configurations and project progress for AR implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Information Systems or related field.
- CPA or equivalent is a plus.
- 5 years in accounting or ERP systems management.
- Practical Experience in financial system implementation preferably in Accounts Receivable.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Experience with tuition fee or education finance systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with system security and workflow automation.
- Project management or business analysis skills are a plus.
