About the Job:

As the Product Manager Crispy Chicken & Nacho Fries you will oversee the strategic direction development and execution of product and promotional initiatives within the Crispy Chicken and Nacho Fries categories. You will lead cross-functional teams in leveraging key consumer insights generating innovative product and promotional concepts and shaping strategic marketing plans that drive both top-line and bottom-line growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic creative and analytical leader who can dream big bring a distinctive point of view and execute with excellence in a fast-paced environment. You inspire both creative and executional teams continually measure and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and adjust strategies to maximize performance across designated limited-time offers (LTOs).

The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead Pipeline Development for Crispy Chicken & Nacho Fries products unlocking programs that help Taco Bell win by leading with Next Gen QSR products that elevate and broaden our relevance with consumers
  • Execute strong line up of test launches and national launches within 12 windowed experience year.
  • Analyze competitive food and beverage landscape identify new & emerging food trends and translate consumer insights into new menu innovation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to test & validate new product concepts including Consumer Insights Food Innovation Operations Finance Digital Brand & Supply Chain.
  • Partner with Brand Creative and Advertising teams on creative comms promotions and tactics; Food Innovation Operations and Finance on commercialization viability forecasting and overall go to market strategy.
  • Translate brand business & marketing strategies into pipeline-specific objectives
  • Provide onboarding ongoing training and effective coaching to Direct Report(s)

Is This You

  • BA or BS Degree; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience including 3-5 years on well-establish CPG product or in QSR/Restaurant industry preferred.
  • 3 Years in a management/leadership role
  • Demonstrated leadership project management and planning skills
  • Experience developing and tracking Marketing KPIs
  • Positive can-do attitude and collaborative leadership style.
  • Genuine passion for food and customer experience.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management presentation and interpersonal/influencing skills

Salary Range: $134500 to $150000 annually bonus eligibility benefits
