Worth Recruiting are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator / Lister to join a successful independent estate agency in Bromley.
The ideal candidate will be an instruction winner with a strong track record in residential property sales and lettings. This is a role for a confident professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment deliver results and help grow market share while providing outstanding client service.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Winning new instructions for sales and lettings
- Handling property viewings and negotiations
- Delivering excellent customer service to vendors landlords buyers and tenants
- Driving business growth and maintaining strong local market presence
- Managing the full sales and lettings process from instruction to completion
- Working closely with team members to achieve office targets
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislation

- Proven experience as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator / Lister
- Strong instruction-winning and business development skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident articulate and professional presentation
- Positive attitude with ambition and self-motivation
- Knowledge of Bromley and surrounding areas (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
