Recruitment Professionals is recruiting for an ambitious Private Property (Conveyancing) Lawyer to join a dynamic legal team in Shrewsbury. This is a full-time office-based role with excellent progression prospects.
About the Role:
Caseload includes:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
New build transactions
Transfers of equity
Youll thrive in a busy environment liaising with clients and agents to deliver an exceptional legal service while supporting business development.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience in a reputable firm)
Strong conveyancing technical knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage workload effectively under pressure
Strong IT skills (case management software MS Office)
Detail-oriented with strong file management abilities
