Job Title: EHS Auditor
Location: South/Southeast USA - remote with up to 50% travel to client site
Contract: Full-time permanent

About the role:
BSI Consulting Service is seeking an experienced environmental health and safety (EHS) Auditor to join our team and assist with the performance of EHS compliance audits for clients located throughout the U.S.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Conduct environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance and/or risk-based audits at client locations throughout the U.S.
- Work with industrial clients providing EHS compliance management services and solutions
- Provide high-quality deliverables
- Provide technical review of deliverables prepared by others
- Achieve client expectations for scope budget schedule and quality
- Support client relationships that generate repeat business
- Travel (25-50%)
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- BS/MS in environmental/civil/chemical engineering sustainability environmental studies public health safety or related degree
- 5-15 years of EHS consulting/compliance experience
- At least 5 years of experience performing EHS compliance audits
- Strong knowledge of regulations and experience with planning permitting reporting etc.
- Experience working in an industrial setting either as a consultant or directly for industrial facilities
- Proven track record in successful project execution and client satisfaction
- CHMM CSP CPEA or other relevant professional license or certification preferred
- ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Experience with EHS management systems a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record providing compliance solutions to industrial/commercial clients
- Ability to travel

The salary for this position can range from $98400 - $135300 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to the candidates competencies level of experience education location divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
