West Monroeis seeking a Software Engineer forthe Commercial Growth Labs team part of our Shared Services organization. You will work with our internal Labs product team Internal IT Team and our Line consultants to understand their business needs and strategies to deliver products that help our consultants sell and deliver more effectively and efficiently. These products will have Generative AI components.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to design and develop software applications

Use an Agile approach to iteratively deliver products

You will work with several of our core technologies:
- Back-end: Python .NET
- Front-end:ReactTypeScript JavaScript HTML5 CSS3
- Database:PostgresQL MongoDB SQL Server
- Cloud:Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Generative AI: Azure OpenAI Databricks Machine Learning

You will work with several of the following patterns & tools:
- Patterns:MVC MVVM Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) REST
- Source Control:Git Azure DevOps
- DevOps Tooling:Terraform Docker
- Package Management:NPM NuGet
- Testing:Jest

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent experience .

2 years of experience in full stack software development

Good working knowledge on Object Oriented concepts.

Strong computer science fundamentals including algorithms data structures and design patterns.

Comfortable working within a fast-paced collaborative Agile/Scrum project environment.

Excellent team organizational and verbal/written communication skills.

Smart versatile and passionate about delivering the highest caliber of code.

Motivated to work with and learn a variety of technologies and languages.

Excellent communication ability with team members and clients in English.
