As a Service Receptionist you will be the voice of our dealership answering calls assisting customers and scheduling service appointments. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills a professional attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule service appointments and update appointment calendar
- Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel as needed
- Perform basic data entry and update customer information
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person
- Support the service team as needed with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and courteous phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Outlook Word appointment systems)
- Dependable punctual and team-oriented
