Job Responsibilities:

Liaise with customer to follow up on each inquiry and quotation.
Prepare and process shipment documents verifying purchase orders and all relevant documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics procurement operations etc.) to ensure smooth delivery.
Address and resolve complaints by coordinating with customer and suppliers.
Explore improvement in existing process
Verification of freight invoices submission of payment
Ensure payment and shipment instruction is submitted on time.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by immediate supervisor and / or Manager.
Candidates with Batam trade experience will be an advantage.
Knowledge of declaration of permit (IG ME OD etc) will be an advantage.

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word Outlook).
Experience with Cargowise system will be an advantage.
To be based in Jurong Port Singapore.
