Working Student Customer Experience & Academy (mfd)

As aWorking Student in Customer Experience & Academy (m/f/d) youll play a key role in shaping how our customers discover Workpath and successfully execute their strategies while advancing theWorkpath Academywith innovative learning formats and AI-powered content.

• Develop andproduce engaging customer learning experiencesin our Workpath Academy including e-learnings microlearnings and videos to help customers onboard the Workpath platform and train methodologies for strategy execution

• Contribute to our content knowledge base by structuring and adding high-quality content pieces

• Own and enhance the Workpathproduct knowledge hub in our help center and ensure excellentfirst-level product support for our customers.

• Experiment with and optimize the Academys tech stack (e.g. learning platforms help center) to ensure effective use of tools features and data insights

• Leverage AIand automation to create and deliver learning content

• Collaborate cross functionally within Customer Experience with our Product and Marketing teams on projects that impact Workpaths positioning

• Youre an enrolled Masters or Bachelors student in a relevant field (e.g. Technical Communication Educational Technology Media Informatics Learning Sciences)

• Youve gained firstexperiencein a dynamic environment such as a tech startup or similar (internship or working student role)

• You have a strongaffinity for technology and pick up new product knowledge quickly

• Yourecurious about AI tools and have first project experience withautomation or artificial intelligence

• Youre passionate aboutdigital learning and enjoy creating engaging learning formats

• Youre aconfident communicator comfortable interacting with customers in bothGerman and English fluently (C1)

• You work independently and proactively think analytically and approach challenges with a structured results-oriented mindset
