We are seeking a skilledOccupational Therapistto join anacute/academic medical centerin Syracuse NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in both acute care and outpatient settings with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelors degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Licensure:Current NYS Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)
- Experience:
- Minimum2 yearsof relevant experience
- Experience inacute care & outpatient settings(required)
- Technical Skills:Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication adaptability and teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services in acute and outpatient settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Adhere to facility policies and regulatory standards
