Additionally as an EHR Consultant you will identify opportunities to improve utilization and provide hands-on support to strengthen reporting billing and documentation addition this role will provide extensive training for billing staff and clinical counselors to ensure compliance accuracy and efficiency.

This position is part of a larger quality and compliance initiative alongside our Clinical Supervision Consultant and Behavioral Health Quality Consultant roles offering a flexible schedule.

Essential Job Duties:

Conduct a comprehensive review of current CareLogic system configuration.

Provide recommendations for optimization of workflows billing processes and reporting capabilities.

Develop and implement custom reports and billing tools within CareLogic.

Deliver training sessions for billing staff counselors and leadership on best practices and system functionality.

Ensure alignment with CARF standards ADAMH billing requirements and community mental health compliance needs.

Serve as a subject matter expert and ongoing resource for troubleshooting and system use.

Requirements

Qualifications:


Proven experience with CareLogic EHR or comparable Behavioral Health electronic health record systems.

Strong understanding of behavioral health billing practices report building and clinical documentation standards.

Familiarity with CARF accreditation requirements and ADAMH billing strongly preferred.

Ability to train both administrative and clinical staff in system use.

Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
