We are currently seeking a skilled MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Family Medicine or Internal this role you will play a crucial part in providing primary care services to patients diagnosing illnesses prescribing medications and developing treatment plans. Your expertise will be vital in promoting the health and well-being of individuals and families in our community.
As an MD or DO you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at delivering high-quality medical care fostering patient relationships and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team. Responsibilities:
- Conducting physical examinations and interpreting medical history
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Developing and implementing patient care plans
- Providing counseling on lifestyle and preventive care
- Collaborating with specialists and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate and updated patient records
- Participating in continuous medical education and training
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid state medical license
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Schedule: Open to a 4-day workweek 40 hours per week
Minimal call shifts required part of a call pool
Setting: Outpatient clinic
Must be board-certified
