Inbound Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join a busy team on behalf of our client. This is an exciting opportunity for someone driven organised and enthusiastic about developing strong customer relationships and growing a portfolio of clients. You should have a positive mindset a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. Due to the thriving nature of this business there is very little need for cold-calling you will be developing existing client accounts.

Details:

  • Ripon North Yorkshire
  • Monday Friday 9am 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
  • Permanent office-based
  • Up to 30000 depending on experience
  • Due to location you must have access to your own vehicle

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage customer orders and respond to day-to-day enquiries promptly
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts
  • Work closely with the technical team to deliver on client product development briefs
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of quotations and proposals
  • Maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Attend industry exhibitions and events as required

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous sales or export experience (preferred)
  • Experience with SAP (desirable)
  • Confident enthusiastic and friendly personality with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to build relationships quickly with a range of clients
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
