The Role:
MCA Engineering has developed a dedicated and motivated workforce with a broad range of expertise and a sincere customer focus. Due to an increase in work we have the need for a Concreter / Machinery Operator to join our team.

We specialise in mining/quarrying concrete processing infrastructure custom engineering projects Residential and commercial structural steel site maintenance and breakdowns.

Requirements:
- High-Level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently without supervision and also be part of a team
- Relevant qualifications tickets
- Operators must have excavator bobcat & loader licence
- Experience in concrete finishing including smoothing leveling and surface detailing
About You:
- Current drivers licence
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 2 years experience in similar role
- Experience working on mine sites would be an advantage
- Locally based or FIFO
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A testing
