THE OPPORTUITY

Jewelbic Plumbing is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Plumber to join its growing team. This position is ideal for a first or second-year apprentice looking to build a long-term career and progress to a fully qualified tradesperson.

GENERAL DUITIES

Assist with plumbing installations including pipework fixtures fittings and appliances
Support maintenance and repair tasks including fault diagnosis and component replacement
Read and interpret plumbing plans and site layouts
Operate hand tools power tools and plumbing machinery safely and effectively
Adhere to WHS regulations and maintain proper use of PPE
Attend TAFE/RTO training and complete required coursework
Perform general worksite duties such as material handling and site cleanliness
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues under supervision

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Completion of a pre-apprenticeship in plumbing (Certificate II or equivalent) is preferred but not essential
Demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Shows a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Possesses a positive attitude and works well in a team environment

ESSTENTIAL REQUIREMENT

Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Valid drivers licence
