Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist (Mechanical Aptitude a PLUS)
Location: Kent WA (100% on-site)
Salary: $52000 - $54000 Annual Profit Sharing Benefits

Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist (Mechanical Aptitude a PLUS) Description

Our client in the industrial parts industry is looking for a Customer Support /Order Entry Specialist to join their team in Kent this role you will manage customer inquiries with a professional and courteous demeanor and process orders received via phone fax email or in person. The ideal candidate will have prior customer support experience and excellent organizational skills. While a mechanical aptitude is a plus our client believes they can train anyone with the right initiative to be successful in this role. Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist (Mechanical Aptitude a PLUS) Responsibilities

Assist customers with product inquiries and order placement
Recommend products based on customer needs
Accurately enter and process customer orders
Monitor and follow up on order statuses
Build strong relationships with customers
Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
Process returns and exchanges
Maintain accurate and legible customer records
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer needs
Stay informed on new products vendor updates and industry trends

Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist (Mechanical Aptitude a PLUS) Qualifications

1 years of customer support or customer service experience required
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software is required
Ability to work 100% on-site is required
