- Employee must show interest through application process
- Employee at a minimum must be highly proficient in the skills of a Maintenance Tech 1
- Employee must demonstrate a desire to lead and find solutions to problems.
- Selected Crew Chief will be responsible to work with Maintenance Planner and other plant management to accomplish assigned daily maintenance task to keep equipment downtime at a minimum. Selected candidate will be required to show an ability to delegate task to others and work calmly under pressure. Maintenance and Plant management will select a candidate through an interview process.
Minimum Requirements: - High School Diploma General Educational Development Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of PLC I/O Logic AC/DC
- Knowledge of safe operating procedures including lockout/tagout.
- Computer literate.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to walk and remain on feet for extended periods of time.
- Must have valid drivers license and be able to drive a vehicle.
